Preparing For Your Butt Lift
Dr. Kopchinski gives personalized instructions to each patient so they can be prepared for surgery and enjoy the best results from their butt lifts. The following are guidelines our plastic surgeon provides all patients before butt lift surgery:
- Stop using tobacco products for approximately one month before your surgery and continue to not smoke for at least a month afterwards.
- Stop using blood thinners like aspirin for two weeks prior to your butt lift, if possible.
- Stop using any diet pills or herbal medications you are currently taking.
- Do not eat or drink anything for eight hours directly before surgery.
- Have all recovery items suggested by our surgeon ready before the day of your butt lift.
The Brazilian Butt Lift Process
In most cases, a BBL can be completed in about three hours at Prestige Cosmetic Surgery. Here are some of the steps you can expect during the treatment process:
Day of Procedure
To start the procedure, Dr. Kopchinski will administer anesthesia to ensure your comfort at all times. Your surgery will be performed at a fully accredited facility about 15 minutes from our San Antonio office.
